By enrolling in our Remote Support Program, Advanced Blending Solutions can access your systems, perform diagnostics and resolve software control issues from our service and technical support locations, getting you back and up running as quickly as possible.

Advanced Blending Solutions Remote Support Block Time

Block time is used as follows:

  • Weekdays 8 am CST to 4 pm CST = 1 hour per hour of service.
  • 15 minute intervals after 2 hour minimum.
  • After hours/Weekends/Holidays
    • After hours 4 pm CST to 8 am CST = 1.25 hours per hour of service.
    • Saturday = 1.25 hours per hour of service.
    • Sunday and Holidays = 1.5 hours per hour of service.
  • 15 minute intervals after 2 hour minimum.
  • Blocks of time have a 3 year expiration from the date of purchase.
  • After each use a report will be sent containing all items found, resolved, and any follow-up actions that may be required. It will also have time used and remaining time if customer has a block hour plan.
  • Time can only be used for remote support. On site field service will fall under a different rate plan.
  • Time estimates can be given but are only estimates. Support will be invoiced in accordance with the actual time required and the above minimum amounts time intervals.
  • Payment of remote service support is payable upon receipt.
