MAGNETIC SEPARATION DRAWERS
ABS Magnetic Separation Drawers are mounted in line of a system and serve to capture and hold ferrous metal out of downstream areas by using rare earth magnets in specific configurations while allowing material to flow. Bodies and accessories are constructed out of 304 stainless steel with no material hang up points. A manual slide gate and drain are included to control flow of material throughout the assembly. These units offer an add-on customization of a port to purge a system of the current material in the event of a change-over, multiple outlet sizes to tailor to all extruder throat openings & line sizes, low-level proximity sensor provisions, and different temperature rating options.
