CONVEY

The CB-Series Filter/Dust Collector has been engineered with an easy access filter cartridge assembly. Each Dust Collector has been designed with the maximum filter area. The entire unit can be mounted on a modular floor stand, drum stand, or no stand for ultimate installation flexibility. A collector bag is located on the bottom of the unit for easy access for accumulated fines removal and disposal. Compressed air blow back cleans the filter after loading sequences have been conducted. In a plastic resin conveying system, the CB-Series Filter/Dust Collector helps support cleaner material handling by collecting accumulated fines during conveying operations.

The ML-Series Self-Contained Vacuum Loaders have been designed for applications where small amounts of material are required on the processing machine feed throat to avoid moisture re-absorption and/or the user frequently changes material. These self contained vacuum loaders are engineered to vacuum transfer pelletized or regrind material from beside the press. The unit’s programmable timer gives easy access to adjustable load times, compressed air filter blow down cleaning and “ratio” material load settings. For processors using a vacuum conveying system for plastic pellets, the ML-Series provides a compact loading option for machine-side material transfer. 

The MK-Series Vacuum Pump is reliable, efficient, and built to last. The Vacuum Pumps deliver smooth, plant-wide resin conveying for any application. As part of a pneumatic material conveying system, the MK-Series Vacuum Pump helps support resin movement throughout the plant. It can be used in plastic resin conveying system layouts where reliable vacuum power is needed for continuous material transfer. 

Designed to mount directly on the feed throat of thermoplastic resin processing machines, the MV Vacuum Receiver conveys material and maintains surge material for process use. They have been engineered to accommodate injection molding, extrusion, or blow molders. A remote vacuum source is required. Each unit comes with an internal filter screen, material discharge valve, sight glass, adjustable material level sensor switch to indicate load sequence, machine mount base plate, and a mounting flange hardware kit. The MV-Series Vacuum Receiver can be used within a vacuum conveying system for plastic pellets where material needs to be delivered directly to processing machine feed throats. 

The Guardian Loader series is designed for flexibility, durability, and convenience. The portable loader package makes it ideal for processors who have small to medium material throughput requirements. The loading system has been designed to eliminate the nuisance associated with brush type motors and makes material fines collection easy with the filter system. For plants that need a flexible plastic resin conveying system, the Guardian Loader offers a portable loading option for small to medium material throughput requirements. 

The VM-Series self contained thermoplastic resin material loaders have been designed for applications where material needs to be transferred from floor level into a dryer hopper, surge bin, or resin blender bin. The unit’s programmable timer gives easy access to Adjustable Load Times, Compressed Air Filter Blow Down Cleaning, and Ratio Material Load Settings. These self contained vacuum loaders can support a pneumatic material conveying system where thermoplastic resin must be moved from floor level into connected processing equipment. They can also be used in a polyethylene resin conveying system when polyethylene resin needs to be transferred into a dryer hopper, surge bin, or resin blender bin. 

The MK-Series Sound Enclosures have been engineered to reduce the noise associated with operating vacuum pump units. The modular floor mounted cabinet with sound reduction panels encloses the vacuum pump unit to significantly lower decibel levels inside the plant. Also included is a fan to circulate air and lower the enclosure temperature, extending the motor and blower life. In a plant-wide pneumatic material conveying system, the MK-Series Sound Enclosure helps reduce noise from operating vacuum pump units while supporting longer motor and blower life.
