CENTRAL VACUUM CLEANOUT SYSTEM

The ABS Central Vacuum Cleanout System allows the operator to quickly and easily clean up a work area using the existing vacuum system. Blender Cleanout features a connection port capable of being wall mounted or built directly into the frame of an ABS blender. When the included hose is connected to the port, the system senses the hose and automatically orders a cleanout.  

Through the ABS central vacuum cleanout system, the cleanout process is simple and efficient. ABS reduces the cost of equipment and installation by using the existing vacuum system and building the cleanout function directly into the blender. The system automatically senses the need for cleanout and the presence of the hose. A light indicates when vacuum is available to begin cleanout, helping the operator know when the system is ready. Many connection ports can feed to a single cleanout system, making the central vacuum cleanout system useful for facilities with multiple blender locations. 

A Central Vacuum Cleanout Station is the perfect accompaniment to the Central Vacuum Cleanout System. The station consists of a Vacuum Receiver, Vacuum Sequence Manifold, Stand, and Collection Bin. It can be used for cleaning out lines in any Blender or Smart Stand application, or in other areas where resin clean-up is required. This gives processors a dedicated setup for collecting resin during cleanout while using the connected vacuum system. A gaylord box stand can also be used as part of a Central Vacuum Cleanout Station, giving the option to collect resin into a larger container.

Central Vacuum Cleanout System includes: 

  • 15 foot flex hose as standard, longer hose lengths available up to 45 feet  
  • Hose Rack, either machine or wall mounted 
  • Connection Port connected to central vacuum system 
  • Indicator light showing when vacuum is available for cleanout 
  • Self-Closing Flapper on port to close it when not in use 
  • Custom software and I/O to control pumps and valves and to ensure that the cleanout request goes into the pump queue when cleanout is needed.

The 15 foot flex hose gives the operator reach for cleanout activity, while the hose rack provides a place to store the hose when it is not in use. The connection port connects to the central vacuum system, and the flapper closes the port when cleanout is not active. Together, these features make the ABS central vacuum collection system a practical solution for resin clean-up, blender cleanout, and line cleanout in Blender or Smart Stand applications.
